Shipping Info

We would love to deliver every package personally but we have to rely on mail carriers. In order to give you the best price for shipping, we rely on the U.S Post Office for most orders, which is not guaranteed and out of our control. If you have troubles with your shipment, please have patience, contact us and we will do everything we can to help. Private companies such as DHL and UPS are available but are substantially more expensive.

Do you ship to APO's?

Yes we do! Shipping generally takes about 20 - 30 days.

International Shipping Info

You are in luck! We do ship international, it can get stuck in customs for a while but be patient. The shipping routes can be weird but have faith you will get your order. It can take up to 30 days with the cheaper shipping options.

What about duties and fees?

Due to the complexity of international laws and taxes, we do not include those fees in orders. You are responsible for any local customs and duties on your order. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

Return Policy

All orders are final after 30 days of purchase. We have a satisfaction guarantee policy at Beard Bro. If you don't like the products you purchase from our website, you have the option to return or exchange the products free of charge. You will have to cover the cost of shipping it to us though. 

** Take note that we do not offer a return policy for products purchased through a third party retailer.  

How It Works

  1. Email customerservice@thebeardbro.com and let us know whether you'd like to return or exchange the products.
  2. Once we receive the products back, we will either refund your money, or exchange the products at your request. (International orders are automatically refunded upon return).
  3. The shipping charge that was paid to ship the product will be refunded, however it is your cost to ship the product back to us. 

    Easy Subscription Service

    Q: An Auto-Ship Subscription Service sounds pretty cool. I gotta have it!

    A: Auto Subscription service is for the person who knows what they want and they get it. The service allows you to (1) select a package on the homepage of www.thebeardbro.com  (2) choose a delivery schedule, and (3) get that same order auto-shipped to you from that moment forward, its that easy and you won't have to worry about running out.

    Q: I signed up for Auto-Ship, but I changed my mind. 

    A: We don't know why anyone would do this unless they lost all of their testosterone. But we will help you cancel your Beard Bro subscription. To cancel future auto-shipments, log in to your www.thebeardbro.com account, hit the Cancel button located to the right of your subscription, and confirm the cancellation.

    Q: This subscription service great!  Can I edit the frequency or contents of my Beard Bro subscription? 

    A: While you can’t change the auto-shipment frequency or contents once you’ve started your subscription, you can easily cancel the existing subscription, and create a new one!

    Q: I didn’t receive one of my auto-shipments when I expected to. I’m beginning to worry. Lets figure this out!

    A: Sometimes this happens with shipments but don't worry. First, log in to your www.thebeardbro.com account. Is there an order/date listed that should’ve gotten to you by now? If so, email or call us with that order number so we can look into what has happened. If not, please click on Change billing/shipping info and confirm your payment info hasn’t expired or changed.
